Terms and Conditions

Dear valued customer,

Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are legally binding for all safari bookings.

Government and airline regulations are subject to change, and we cannot be held liable if your travel plans are affected. We will support and guide you as our client throughout the process.

Travel Documents: You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, health, vaccination status, are in order before your trip to avoid any delays or cancellations. If you have any doubts, please consult your Travel Specialist.

We cannot be held responsible for any issues with air tickets if we haven’t received clear copies of your passport or ID.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance when you make your reservation. Without adequate insurance, you will be responsible for all costs related to cancellations, rescheduling, emergencies, or medical issues during your trip. Your Travel Policy must be issued within 48 hours of paying for your holiday to be eligible for all benefits.

By not purchasing adequate insurance, you agree not to hold us responsible for any harm or loss you may experience.

Deposit and Booking Confirmation: To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required, except for air travel, where 100% payment is necessary upfront due to immediate ticket issuance. Accommodation bookings also require a 50% upfront payment, and peak season travel or specialty products may require additional deposits.

All deposits made under the above conditions are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due between 28 and 60 days before your travel date, depending on your accommodation. If the booking is made less than 60 days before travel, the full 100% cost must be paid upfront. Failure to make the required deposits will result in the inability to confirm the booking.

Prices and Payment: All prices quoted on our website are cash discounted, and payment is required via EFT (bank transfer). Failure to make payments on time will lead to booking cancellation and forfeiture of relevant deposits.

Please note that supplier costs like airfares, airport taxes, accommodation, and other services are subject to change until final payment or ticket issuance. Any such changes will be your responsibility.

Changes to Bookings: Any additional charges resulting from voluntary or involuntary booking changes, including those due to airline schedule changes or other circumstances beyond our control, will be your responsibility. We will do our best to adhere to the confirmed itinerary and provide reasonable alternatives if necessary.

In case of voluntary changes requested by you, additional costs and cancellation fees may apply.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made in writing, and depending on the timing of your cancellation:

  • More than 60 days before departure: You will forfeit non-refundable deposits. 60 days or less before departure: You will be liable for 100% of the total booking price.

If we obtain waivers or refunds from suppliers, we will refund these amounts to you, less service fees. In the unlikely event we cannot confirm services, you will be offered alternative options, and if they are not acceptable to you, a full refund will be provided.

Unused vouchers or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
